Ticket Purchases & Refunds
All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds and exchanges, when offered, are governed by the policy of the applicable event or venue.
Event Changes & Cancellations
Events may be rescheduled, relocated, or cancelled by the organizer. We will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders, but are not responsible for travel, lodging, or other incidental expenses.
User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to resell tickets in violation of applicable law, or to interfere with the normal operation of the Service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Tickets is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service or attendance at any event.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
